    Experience the power of vinyasa in this vinyasa flow class.

    A slow paced practice ideal for beginners. This class involves connecting breath with movement as we flow through the sequences.

    This class will introduce you to a variety of yoga poses, that can be adopted by new beginners that wish to start on a yogic experience, feel the instant benefits of relaxing your mind, decreasing muscle tension and amplifying your mood through your yoga routine. We are a warm, welcoming friendly community.

  • YOGA Strength For Men Thursday 7pm to 8pm

    Not all yoga is the same. If you’ve ever been to a yoga class, you might find that the workout isn’t structured for men. That’s why Ricky has created a yoga program specifically designed for men who are beginners to yoga. We focus on strength, mobility, and holding poses for longer to build muscle. Of course, flexibility is a factor but it’s not the primary focus.

ULTIMATE BOOT CAMPS - Get your heart pumping with our Ultimate Boot Camp class! Compromising of time and rep-based activities. You’ll be pushed to your limits with a mixture of aerobic, functional and strength exercises to challenge your muscles.

Don’t be afraid to try this class as your SF Personal Trainer will guide you through the exercises so you can get the most out of the workout.

Sanders Fitness classes offers members the opportunity to work with the SF Team, all experienced personal trainers to provide classes aimed at all abilities.

Here at Sanders Fitness our classes are designed for individuals who enjoy the interaction that a class offers. Our astro-turfed covered courtyard allows us to train all year round and in all weather conditions.

Exercising outdoors provides all the physical benefits of indoor exercise (blood flow, improved cardiovascular health, improved strength, flexibility, endurance, etc.) and can also provide vital exposure to sunlight that increases important levels of vitamin D

LADIES CLASS - Will leave you buzzing from the activity and also the companionship, while also increasing your cardiovascular performance, muscle strength, core strength and flexibility.” Many pop round to the 19th Hole for a coffee & chat after class.

FIT FOR GOLF - Improve core stability, strength, and explosiveness needed to create stability and mobility in the right places in your body for golf. Working on muscle strength, balance, flexibility, speed, and explosiveness throughout your body, while targeting muscles in the golf swing.
