Personal Training is the perfect addition to any training program.  If you are new to exercise then 1:1 training with a PT will start you off down the right path.  If you are a seasoned gym goer then working with a PT will help transform your workouts to the next level.  Each session is truly dedicated to your needs and will help you develop,  make you stronger, fitter and more confident.

Ricky also specialise in Callisthenics (aka bodyweight  training) and successfully qualified in the first ever internationally recognised Callisthenics course aka the PCC ( Progressive Callisthenics Course). Ricky was one of only 30 participants to undertake this course in June 2015. This course was run by the famous Kalvado brothers (Al and Danny – check them out on You Tube)

In 2022 i successfully qualified as a yoga teacher with the highly respected Himalayan Yoga valley school ,where I studied the traditional aspects of yoga including asanas,(the poses) physiology, anatomy and ayurveda medicine and much more.

Ricky is also a qualified Metafit instructor and has been teaching Metafit since 2011 and was the first instructor to bring Metafit to  Worcestershire. Formed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010, Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout. A 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire.

Ricky’s approach to training clients is to combine elements of traditional strength and conditioning , calisthenics and yoga to give an holistic approach which is targeted specifically for you and this approach allows for creativity so your sessions will never become boring and deliver the results that YOU require

Ricky is an experienced and naturally enthusiastic Personal Trainer (being in the fitness industry for over 13 years ) as well as fully qualified yoga teacher and PCC Calisthenics coach.
